I had a wonderful experience at the 200h teacher training in Goa. The location is like paradise, with the rooms a 3-minute walk to the beach. There are also shops nearby for touristy trinkets, however there was no need to shop much as all the basic necessities were provided. The food was a nice mix of Indian vegetarian meals, served three times a day for breakfast, dinner and lunch. The training consisted of separate classes for asana practice, yoga anatomy and yoga philosophy. The teachers were amazing, all very knowledgeable in their area of the coursework. It was a structured course but there was flexibility as well as required. Everybody was really down-to-earth and authentic, leading by example. I also took Reiki Level 1 with Keshava, a 3 day course. I would highly recommend Keshava for a reiki session or reiki training, as well as the 200h yoga training. I feel lucky to have found this school!
